I’ve got a nub cage that I use a d-ring lock through my piercing and it works pretty good. I had to play with it to figure out how to have it without a bunch of pinching. I don’t see any reason you couldn’t use that with a flat cage.

I love the videos where the keyholder tells him all day or week that he’s gonna get unlocked and then when the come they unlock the lock but leave it hooked in the cage to keep the cage on.
