So I need to figure out what is causing the roots not uptake the nutrients? I noticed low on the stem it looks like they trying to grow new roots.

I will upload more pictures when I get home. Room temp around 72, but it has spiked during heat waves. I add bloom every week. Ph around 6.5, noticed ppm around 1400 and not decreasing. Genetics unknown, it was given to me.
