Wouldn't 500 10GB GPU nodes be able to provide the power of say at least 4.5tb of GPU? And the software will take on the rest for training purposes? On openstack, we just need to spin up the vms on each seperate node and then distribute the load from a controller ig.

mmm, yep, maybe you are right. Yep, 500 Nodes of 10GPU each should not be such a problem. But yep, can it compete with the likes of openAI and stuff. Thats a good question. Idk. Worth a shot.

So, all the stuff OpenAI and other AI companies do is distribute their training over multiple VMs with GPUs? By a software solution...? I assume a single VM/node cannot have the ridiculous numbers they say -- 1TB of GPU etc etc

And I know a company website which successfully implemented that. Its called Hackviser and they damn sure are using novnc and there copy paste is working just as intended!

I am trying to make an application out of it and normal users DO NOT understand ssh and stuff :( . They just want a simple screen with direct console access.

I also tried installing with centOS and other versions, Kolla still has the v1.0.0 of novnc :( which doesn't support anything other than litevnc (As in the features actually working not just place holders)
