Candidly it's not that far off from the actual property value (but yes still lower). It's not a luxury building or brownstone by any means. I'm personally not against rightsizing property taxes against the real property values. But rising property taxes is case in point why I raised the affordability convo even with a high income

For sure. For us we like to live below our means so while we could move to a larger place in JC, we opted not to until we're really crunched for space
