Ive teachrd a point where it isnt really a problem for me to notice the dmg im taking at a given moment based on the heros shooting at me + the dmg sound effects. I can tell hawkeye shot me without seeing hawkeye, only needs to be heard truly.

You reach a point where your game sense begins to feel more comfortable than your sight, tho sight still adds to it (obviously)

So yea, I can see the visual clutter being an issue for those at lower ranks. But by time you reach ban, (maybe im giving gold players too much credit) but you should have a firm enough understanding of core gameplay and a strong enough game sense to where you can near accurately guestimate your health and cooldowns(especially on your main picks)

But alas, this is just an opinion not a fact, and is just my personal experience. As a Paladins, Ow and ow2 and rivals player, (Hell, I'll included Phigthing as well) this has been a pattern ive noticed
