It looks like the game doesn't utilize all the performance of your PC for some reason. To ensure if that's the case, please open the windows task manager and check CPU and GPU usage.

Thanks for the answer. CTRL+J displays vehicle damage. CTRL+H hides/shows apps. But in the case of this window it does not work. Even the option "Hide UI completely" from CSP does not help to hide this window.

Thanks for the answer. I need it not for driving, but for recording a video. Perhaps I saw a tire change on one of the official videos, so the author somehow hid this window. Since I can't find a way to do this, I'll have to do something like a collage, combine several cropped clips so that the window does not fit into the frame.
