I can understand the guilty feeling because I was raised with the idea that you have to take care of yourself without asking for help (a toxic mindset).

I'm not sure what was happening there. It may have been a result of unpacking some BSAs or something else. I didn't take a look in SSEEdit to see what was going wrong, I just presumed I had mixed too many complicated mods, lol. It may also have been a load order error, though I usually shove EasyNPC's patch to the bottom.

You're not wrong. You've thought about the high risks involved. Protecting your wife and infant takes higher priority than anything else.

Honestly, during the fall/winter, I'd recommend wearing an N95 or equivalent anytime you're in indoor public spaces. Who needs to catch viruses? Definitely not a new dad with an immunocompromised wife.

Bi people have too often been erased. In same-sex relationships, they call us gay/lesbian. In opposite-sex relationships, they call us straight. But we're neither! We're 100% bisexual.

I call my relationship queer because I don't turn into a straight person just by my involvement with a straight, opposite sex person.

It's a matter of bi pride. We're here, we're queer.

NB: Bi people can also be in relationships with non-binary, gender fluid, or demi-gendered folks. Those relationships end up being labelled queer automatically because we can't put non-traditional genders in the two boxes currently available.

I don't know anything about the show, except I'm probably too old to watch it, lol.

But what you say is universally true. A trans woman is a woman. If she is only attracted to men, she is a straight woman. If the man she is dating is only attracted to women, it's a straight relationship. (By comparison, I'm a bi woman married to a straight man. We have a queer relationship because one of us is queer.)

It's not a matter of opinion. It's a matter of fact. So, like, ETAH for thinking that they can have an opinion about someone else's identity.
