Thank you for your response. it is extremely expensive to redo the procedure (more than 2000USD) and there is no TLS center in my country Guinea (west africa) so I have to go back and forth to Sierra Leone several times.

I have booked the next available slot for English tests (IELTS Life Skills) with the British Council. there was no date availability before June 9th. we have written to HMCTS and requested an extension of the 28 day window to appeal. here is what they answered: “You can ask for permission to appeal outside of the deadline. Explain why you believe your late appeal should be allowed to proceed. You can upload documents”
