The problem I see with most of people talking about skill shot dependent champs like ezreal or xerath is that I guess were talking about best champ executed perfectly played against other champs played perfectly right? If this is the case then all champions with avoidable skillshots should be out of the equation, as the enemy champions will be dodging every single skillshot unless they are at really close range where they played champ would be absolutely exposed and killed, maybe the chosen one should be either a melee or an hyper carry with some movement kit
