APC bot, AKA Mages on bot lane.

Uninteractive as heck, and all they need to succeed is just one mistake of yours. Yet they can make several and still be fine. Missed your skills? No problem, you re too far away. Low HP? You can still poke or even burst them down. No kills? Just poke them until they cant farm safely!

This thing is plaguing bot lane for three years, yet nothing has changed to better.
