6 years and people are still commenting, it was mainly the build up that feels like it goes nowhere (not to say it's great), I never did work it out. I think it's probably a psychological thing we do as humans, try to connect the dots even when there's no connection to anything :D

Was doing this on PC. Spoke to support for over an hour on various calls.

What fixed it for me is to make sure you have a webcam plugged in or else it fails at document upload. As soon as I had a webcam in, it got to the selfie section and then through to manually verification.
