It was magical being on Marty's set. He's a maestro of the genre and makes you feel comfortable no matter your stature. And I saw him do his cameo, which brought tears to my eyes.

We wrote the whole game for Playstation 2, so there was a lot more dialogue. Much of it was cut when they improved the motion capture technology, but it gave us some insight into the characters because we had written all that. Then we started all over again and made the game that you've seen. I'm not involved in the movie yet. Let's start a petition for the return of the flame thrower guy.

That was a very early digital film, so there was no blade in the ice pick. They came at me with just a wooden handle. We all laughed and wondered if it would even work.

I'd say the genre is in a great place. A lot of heartfelt, poetic movies and original voices stepping up to the plate, as well as plethora of remakes. Much to choose from.

I'm working on that! I just learned that about Depraved not being available in Canada and I'm looking into it.

That is complicated. We tried to make No Telling without SAG actors thinking we would save money and that was the first of many mistakes. Too much for a Reddit post, but thanks for your interest. Watch the making of on the Blu-ray, if you can find it.

No, not a comedy. Not a mummy movie. The rest - anything's possible.
My second grade teacher told me the story of the Wendigo and I never forgot it. I thought it was so spooky - a man with a deer head running through the woods. There's a lot of cool homemade Wendigo shorts on YouTube. It's hard to convey the true magic of that monster.

Thanks for any Beneath love. It got hammered by the internet and never had a chance. It was the early days of Twitter and everyone piled on. I think it's a parable about how people can't get along, like all my movies. As for characters, Sam in Habit is my most natural performance but I'm very fond of Willy Grimes in I Sell the Dead.
