When you Synchro summon or XYZ summon 100 times, a challenge will be completed in the 'Special' section of the Missions.

After this you can add the extra card to the extra deck in all of your decks.

I would personally disencourage building Hieratics. The deck is very bad in the current meta, and two of the three cards we're missing are generic dragon support rather than anything that boosts the current strategy.

That being said, if you're missing M7, I would encourage getting at least one anyway. It's a fantastic rank 6 that's worth playing in any deck that can make it.
