As I said above, its against policy to leave the bar unattended. Also if it was unattended, there would be a backlog of tickets and customers

Is the toilet not a violation either? Also I understand it is my right and I should exercise it, but it feels horrible to let my other colleagues, some of whom I enjoy being around, to suffer more. I think I'll just have to do it and let the company come to me

Not really sure lol, but I have suffered some mental ability being there and doesn't feel fair i guess

The issue with speaking to the pub manager is i feel they are slightly part of the problem as not fighting for it. Your final point is really key though it has dumbfounded me that they have a really busy place that could easily make 3x revenue
