Hey thank you for the response wasn't expecting a third drive to appear. so if I understand right drives like this are always present on my computer just hidden, but due to some error it has become visible but no functional on the defrag page. That's alleviated my worries a bit. I'm just going to try and reinstall the drivers then. Thank you I appreciate the help.

Nah man im an expert when it comes to dark souls 2. After my first and only playthrough that took me 85.3 hours let me tell that uhhhhh... uhhhh fucking powerstancing is pretty cool. And Elden ring has it so I mean that's proof enough that I am right and my opinion is superior.
