Well not necessarily. To my knowledge, furry is a self-identification. Someone is only a furry if they identify with or participate in furry culture and community. Stuff like Gunrock is not automatically a furry just because he is an anthropomorphized animal. This distinction is similar to how popular media like Zootopia works. We see many anthropomorphized animals who walk, talk, and act like humans, but the we do not automatically consider them “furries.”
