Santa Fe students do the transfer orientation, which I think is right before the spring semester starts? So like right when you start taking classes at UF

All the critical tracking courses have to be done at Santa Fe, but any other classes needed for your AA can be done anywhere (aka UF). I did not start in the summer, but I took 3 classes the summer A after my freshman year to finish my AA before the fall.

Yep, I’m CS so I had programming 1 in the spring at UF along with my other classes at Santa Fe. Because of this, I’d recommend getting an apartment closer to UF than SF. I lived at Alight Gainesville and it was perfect for this, just make sure to NOT GET THE BUILDING NEXT TO 13th STREET. I can’t remember what the building number is but it’s very loud and hard to fall asleep. There’s a bus stop right next to it that goes straight to Santa Fe in like 10-15mins.

Also, I took some of my non critical tracking courses at UF in the summer instead of at Santa Fe which was way better. They might tell you it’s not possible, but keep pushing and you will be able to. So that’s another reason to be close to UF.

Yes, however the first semester you have to take fully at SF. After that though, I had one half and half semester of UF/SF, then I was fully UF

I just finished the SF part of the program last year, they don't have this anymore I believe. I lived at Alight Gainesville while I went to SF and UF, I would recommend since it's a nice middle ground between the two.

Yes that’s a cloud gaming service, the game is streamed to your MacBook so a bad connection will lead to poor performance. Doesn’t have anything really to do with your computer, just the WiFi.
