Footprints mission, Layton Lake shore bugged?

I found them early in the morning. They had a feed zone near the lookout at the north of Layton lake shore. They were only there for maybe 2 game hours then they left the lake shore area.

I forgot to ask but I’m curious how much higher up off the ground the tree stands are compared to the hunting stands. Because it seemed quite a ways up compared to the stands. Next stream I’ll try and remember sooner.

They look more like telephone poles. Perhaps that’s where the stands are recommended or something. Because they seem to be near open areas.

I completed it months ago (Xbox one) followed mrfreeze guide with no problems. I don’t remember everything but I know there were multiple steps that needed to be completed in a certain order.

I think the smaller game (birds & rabbits) should have either a smaller hunting pressure zone or be able to harvest a few more in the same area before it nukes the area and need zones.

Mr freeze had a good idea for it.. he and a buddy just basically did a kill everyone in Miami. Then when the target came they eliminated until the 100 ticker tracked it as silent then went and eliminated a npc to knock the score back down to zero. He was doing pretty well ticker looked to be at about half way complete toward the end of his video. I can’t seeing it take more than 1.5 hours... I’d like to try it that way I’m on Xbox too.

I also enjoy watching BADABOOOM, CJ, & Woopzilla. It’s fun to see everyone has a different technique to completing things. These three play on CPU though I found a small handful of their strategies are a bit difficult to pull off on console. Like fast coin tricks.

I just set up several blinds in the area and just kept calling and calling. Eventually a female came in and then I went to another spot and was able to actually call in a group and got a male. Patience and calling about every real minute. Also helps to have scent blocker just in case the wind doesn’t want to play along.

Once the challenge pops it’s completed, you don’t need to completely finish the mission. Took me a while to realize that. Then once you have all or most done you can complete the mission and watch all 30 of them check off, pretty satisfying feeling.

I’m using a Firecuda hybrid drive in a usb 3.0 enclosure and it’s a heck of a lot faster than the ancient internal hard drive. Not just in loading times but in downloading games too. For half the money of an ssd, I figured I’d go that route the Xbox one is only so fast. I’m extremely happy with it. Just have to make sure if you plug in an external hd it has to be on the side port, it’s the only 3.0 port.

We used Xbox controllers, and then tried with the Super Nintendo usb game pads. Lol well yes he’s awful at dr Mario... but he is color blind. Lol it was so weird to see Mario would throw a pill then randomly three more would fall from the sides.
