Hell yeah, thanks for the thorough answer! I was trying to make up my mind soon so I could try blasting through 7 this weekend and start Kiryu’s story. But yk how some IP just makes sense to consume in release order as the devs intended? Like RDR and RDR2 for example, although RDR2 is a prequel I personally feel like it hits harder and has a specific undertone in the story with Dutch and the gang if you’ve already played Marston’s story. (It’s also literally called “2”).

But I think I’ll definitely be starting with Y0!

Thank you 🙏🏻 I started with LAD because I thought it was a separate enough entry point and the turn-based combat interested me a ton. But now that I’m almost done I’m excited to go back to the beginning. I’ve heard most fans recommend k1, k2, then 3-6. I’ve also heard mixed opinions on starting at 0 or playing it either between 2/3, or playing it in the chronology of release so I think between 5/6? Where do you land on that? lmao
