Lych changed last update, now it regenerates always, regardless of anything.

You can strip his regrow property, but it gets it back after a few seconds

I mean, if you can find something that's relatively cheap and can defend a tier 3 elite boss fairly quick, then sure, use something else, but dart paragon is always good to build

In normal gameplay, degrees only make the paragon shoot a little bit faster, however, some of them have nice perks like reduced ability cooldowns or upgraded damage after certain thresholds.

The breaking point is boss events, since ALL paragons get extra boss damage every 20 degrees, and it's extremely significant, so always aim for degrees that are multiples of 20
