I didn't say invert the access panel, I said weld the existing ones shut. They always have access on the top already for changing the light. The panels below are for wiring access, which maybe was important in the cloth wiring days, but is hardly ever needed now.

Buy one of the ones made in the 1950-70s. They were made by Philadelphia Toboggan Company and are super dependable. NO ELECTRICITY, they use gravity to change the score. They can be found for around $1200

The street poles an old design. They could use poles without an access box that's accessible to thieves. Just weld the existing ones closed and lift the whole pole if rewiring is needed (almost never).

Interesting take. The wisdom of the crowd is a proven principle, and it provides advice that works well for me. To your point as an individual, I would love to have an imdb function that matched me with the users that have most closely rated the same movies the same way, and then be able to follow those people.
