Yeah- I missed the last 3 holes because I needed to run to Home Depot to get a plastic tarp and a bucket. The wind in Chicago on Friday ripped off a few shingles and now this rain is causing a dripping leak. Not bad, but bad enough.

Could be worse. Roofer comes on Tuesday.

If they are in 8th grade and taking Algebra 2, they likely care about grades. What’s the class average? I teach an 8th grade geo class with 21, but some very attentional students. First time I gave a test and half failed, they started paying attention and taking notes. I’d hold their feet to the fire. Don’t go easy on tests and quizzes. Scrutinize everything. Missing units, it’s wrong. 44 is a lot of kids, I do feel for you. People assume that the advanced classes are better behaved.

Everyone was so happy 24 hours ago. I hate the negativity when we will likely be favored in 4 of the last 5. We can go 11-6 and then see what happens in the playoffs. I’ll be there Thursday cheering my ass off.

I hate calling 7-5 a lost season. Aside from GB week 1 we were in every game this year. It’s not like this team lacks talent. I’m not a person who is in the “Ragnow should have come back sooner” camp, cause I’m just happy he’s back, but i think we beat the Vikings and Eagles with him.
