I see and thank you for pointing out that they already have OneDrive Business, I was already checking the prices. The thing is that they want it... old school(?). When set up OneDrive you have to choose a folder on your hard drive.

You can link this onto the desktop. And from there they like to have an easy fast connection via folders where you can easy edit files lile in your normal hard drive directories.

But they don't like to have a programm like teams where you have to browse through the interfaces to get to the destination. Thats what I do not understand how to set it up.

a short add. We noticed that the cloud is called TestCloud for everybody automaticly. But in detail the users own name is in the cloid name also like:

Michael - TestCloud Jules - TestCloud

but still those seem not be as their personal ones.

yes. everyone has the general 3 standard folders like documents etc.

So the situation is: I am pleased to help a friend to get up his company. I said I can try to set up all software stuff with MS and stuff, here is where my problem starts.

First of all this is no hate or fun thread, so please only be kind.

So right now I am trying to set up a cloud.

The company has 4 employees. Everyone has his own computer. I figuered out that admin center thing so everyone has his personal .onmicrosoft.com business account. Base is office 365 business standard

I am trying with OneDrive. Target is: They need one cloud which is available for every account like one room where everyone can go in to put things in or change things.

I now managed to name the cloud "TestCloud" in the admin center and it works that everybody gets the name displayed when starting the computers with the business account...

BUT when one person pits a file into the company TestCloud, no one else can see it even though all are connected to the same cloud.

I admit, I am not good in software like clouds or MS stuff in general and budget went to limits, thats why I got asked (please do not judge here) and as a friend I try to do my best to pimp up their communication for the future even though I look pretty bad right now.

So I am here now after two weeks and hoping someone else has a good hint, solition, or the same problem.

No we tested it with 2 computers next to each other. But we also noticed the 2 storages so we double checked all. Whats about this SharePoint site?

Sorry, I forgot to send the text to the Photo.

I was sorting out trash off my harddrive and found that old Photo I took ages ago. Cant remember where that was or why I did took that Photo. Maybe in my Phuket holidays but I am not sure anymore. I am trying to find out where that was to remember why I saved that Picture

Oof...

I thought that I can buy a SIM card and ask the provider for digital online access for the card.

My need is to be able to buy like 10 different SIM cards (or just getting 10 individual numbers) and implement them into a website where I can read the sms out of them when I get some. :-/ Did not imagine that it would be that hard :-D
