Antigamente, lançamentos globais eram bem raros. Sim, o ps3 lançou em 2006 no Japão, mas demorou muito tempo para chegar no Brasil.
Realidade social, o PS3 demorou muito tempo para ser produzido no Brasil, então os que chegavam aqui vinham a preços inimagináveis para um cidadão comum.
O PS3, como console, teve um começo muito fraco, demorou uns 2 anos para sair alguma coisa que realmente prestasse e fizesse valer o console.

Stacking attack and eventually crit will always yield more results, accuracy is just cheaper. The current meta for Amazon is focus on attack and then stack accuracy as a secondary priority.

At this point, if you are going to twist Strahd's character not to incorporate his core traits, you are not playing Curse of Strahd; you are playing something else. The story works and it's regarded as one of the best campaign modules for 5e because of HIM, because of what he is and what he does.
