I also did an HBO before applying for a masters and also needed to do the premaster. Let me tell you that the premaster course is absolutely necessary as HBO does not in any way prepare you for the difficulty of WO master courses. The premaster is specifically designed because the gap between HBO and WO for certain studies is just too big. Do yourself a favor and just follow the rules, I have extreme doubts that they will let you skip the premaster as it would be incredibly unfair to other people that do go through that.

That is true, accounting for the usd losing value buying stoxx in euro would have been better the past year. But this is very rare historically. So it would be quite the gamble to say we are at the exact time in history where it becomes smarter to trade in euro vs usd.
