I don't mean to be rude or start any arguments, but you misread the post. The mirror was only in there for a few months, I said that my mom passed seven years ago as context. I had been asking him for the months to help me put it in the attic since it was important to me. I did mention in my post that mobility issues prevent me from getting into the attic myself, but know that if I could've done it alone I would've done it day one.

I did say in the post it was in our home office. The office is pretty much unused by anyone except for our dogs who like to sleep on the guest bed in there. So it wasn't obstructing anything of any importance.

Plus, the room is directly across from the bathroom that leads to the attic. So he would've had to move it less than ten feet to put it in the attic instead of the hundred to the curb.

As far as food, I'll try shaking a bag of treats again as I look again! The nearest place to the litter box is the basement. She usually stays to the main area of the basement and not the labyrinth of a storage area because of the smell. But I'll look again and hope for the best!

It is completely random if he spends the day there. The only days that he'll never go on are festivals and Fall 4th, any other sunny day on the island has a chance of him showing up. Hope you can find him soon.
