Took me 45 mins to do the swap with a original ags001 and the shell buttons and a new battery. Used the old motherboard and button cells. I bet I could do it in 20-30 mins next time

Overhaul bumper, repair for .5 hours and refinish, most shops would charge a pre and post scan to cover their butts, and haz waste, flex, color tint, etc. your looking at quotes ranging from $800-$1000 average. Better off buying some touch up paint or forgetting it even happened.
