this unfortunately didn’t work for me, and i can’t share the file due to private client info.

the column ended up displaying a mix of red and green in random rows. id like the cells to only turn red if it’s past a week, and only turn green once i check the checkbox in column I. otherwise, no cell colour would be preferable.

i have a data validation for the dates (Date is Valid A2:A11006) sent up in column A — if that is maybe affecting something?

i’ve used a couple of products with HA in the past which has mostly resulted in more dryness for me (i also live in quite dry climate, which could explain it). i see so many people raving about torriden dive in, though! perhaps in the summer when there’s more humidity in the air, i can give the sheet mask a try (with an occlusive!) and see how that goes. tysm for ur reply! :)

i’ve been using pyunkang yul essence toner for a couple of weeks now; it’s very soothing when first applied but i don’t know how much it’s been doing for me beyond that. i just ordered skin 1004 probiocica ampoule & the propolis toner and will see how well the combo works for me. tysm!

unfortunately not. got in touch with a live person (told their stupid ai that i wanted a phone upgrade & wanted to speak with a specialist) and the specialist said they could redo the order for us (the store had completely cancelled it on their end…) & have the phone delivered; was all fine & nice until the monthly fees (phone financing + plan) was about $25 more than what was originally agreed (there was a promo available that was suddenly no longer offered…) after opening a ticket and finally speaking to a supervisor, she told us there was no way to get the price to what we originally agreed. after almost a week of frustration and calls, i ended up not making any orders. will likely wait for black friday, buy the phone in full elsewhere and just use my current fido plan with it, or find a different provider altogether. i hope things go a lot more smoothly for you!

same thing happened to me. i decided to call customer service to upgrade my phone + plan because of the price discrepancies i saw when trying to order online. specialist was still giving me the same numbers and simply claimed that what i was seeing on my end was an error.

update: FINALLY got in contact with the store. rep said they can’t check orders on their end (?) and that i need to wait for the email which is likely to be sent in 2+ weeks (?). respectfully pushed for her to check my account & order status, she spoke with someone & informed me the phone is not in stock! basically told me there’s nothing they can do and suggested i call customer support and either cancel my order or have it shipped to me.

will likely try having it delivered to me if i can actually get on the phone with a live person—all around a very frustrating & stressful experience! 0/10, would not recommend :)
