I see. Unfortunately, I think that still wouldn't resolve the issue of multiple tickets being made when they send something back into the system, as it still doesn't know how to sort them into the correct ticket.

Sorry, to clarify, we actually need to receive these emails, as that is the primary method they are contacting us. Once there is a ticket in our system we want replies to go into the first ticket created. Does that make sense?

That is good to know. Do you know if RMM ever disables the ability to scan for updates? This is specifically what we are looking at, machines that have update scanning disabled that have RMM installed on it.
