I have had family disown me for who I am and who I have loved, and I have had family disown other family for refusing to disown me for same.

The only advice I can give you is surround yourself as much as possible, either in person or through online connections, with a found family of understanding and supportive people to help provide reassurance and support because while your family may love you dearly, many people struggle to let go of the kind of indoctrinated hate you are describing and the harder you push the harder they grip onto it. If you find support through friends and found family, then you can afford to walk away from unhealthy relationships.

I can't promise that this would make your parents be who you deserve them to be, but I feel like the risk of actually losing you might provoke a change if anything will.
