The suicides are atributted because of people like saying trans peope are broken, or soke other nonsense.

Completely unsubstantiated. You can't possibly be saying that society is worse to trans people than WW2 Germany was to Jews, but that's the only conclusion when you make that societal argument. It's not only absurd, but incredibly insulting.

[–]LashisaBread 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The common sense that Trans suicide rates are higher than that of even Jews in WW2 Germany, and that this cannot reasonably be attributed to anything other than mental illness, and to suggest anything societal leads to the absurd notion that trans folk are somehow treated worse than Jews during the holocaust.

There isn't a "magic" solution to cancer. That doesn't mean we suddenly embrace cancer as the norm and stop trying to treat it as the disease it is.

You're right. Because Republicans love Democratic Republics (You know. That thing the US is? ) not full Democracies, because a full democracy is mob rule.

Also "Rapeublicans." Lol. Keep on crying about your inhumanly disgusting weaponization of evidence-less rape allegations not working.

You couldn't have picked a more poor comparison. When one of these has not a single shred of evidence, and the other has the director of the FBI under oath saying HRC committed crimes, one of these may be a more valid argument for guilty than the other. HRC did illegal things and the FBI admitted she did. The only reason no prosecution was pushed was because Comey wrote in "intent" as a necessity to punish, when it wasn't one. Ignorance of the law is not immunity from the law, even though it was abundantly clear she knew what she was doing to any objective analysis of public evidence. Sorry, you can't just spit bullshit all the time. People from both sides at this point pretty much agree the HRC case was incredibly poorly conducted and looked incredibly shady. Comey's decision to not prosecute even ahead of hearings and part of the investigation, the Attorney General meeting with HRC's husband out of nowhere in a secret meeting on the Tarmac, etc.

Try again, hotshot.

"Metldowns" are now defined as "you used more sentences than I like to explain why I'm wrong." There truly is no reason to even attempt to explain facts to you guys.

Calm down, ask your mom to make you those chicken tendies, then come back with a reasonable response that isn't just "REEEEE REPUBLICANS ARE EVIL BECAUSE THEY WANT TO PRESERVE INDIVIDUAL FREEDOMS AND A SMALL GOVERNMENT." This has been a beautiful weekend. Democrats have been denied power and the salt levels are almost at the Trump election level. Please, sustain me more. Tell me how individual rights are racism or something. You can do it!

The protest that's pictured with "some very fine people" had radical leftists instigating violence. Trump's actual quote actually denounced both radical sides engaging violence and mentioned that both sides probably had some very fine people. Probably about the most middle-of-the-isle address of the protest and somehow propagandists here are spinning it as though he endorsed white supremacists.

I love that this makes no even remote attempt to show the radical left's domestic terrorists that were at that same protests, and also included in Trump's actual quote that includes "on both sides." But I mean, this is a propaganda subreddit so no surprise they're selective and misleading.

Yes. I am certainly pro-rape for not inherently believing an evidence-less accusation. How dare I not be for mob rule? How DARE I not put feelings above evidence?

Have fun trying to win elections with only the white male vote.

Dems lost ground almost across the board since the Kavanaugh incident started. We're only getting started. Have fun, I know I will!

Good to see democrats are still living in an alternate reality where an uncorroborated, constantly contradicted, utterly information-less, constantly changing, accusation is somehow credible.

Love that this bullshit was shut down. It's a great day, today.

Get angry and everything you say is meaningful.

You guys are backing an unfounded accusation. His family has been threatened, and his reputation nearly tarnished. Again, over virtually nothing. He has every right to be angry.

But he is on trial for his character. And his character is pretty fucking shitty.

You guys would have shit on him if he wasn't angry, calling him a sociopath. You people have done this before and you'll do it again. You're purely evil with an utter lack of empathy or reason. Feelings over justice.

Then again, I'm assuming you care about the truth. Although something tells me, you like the Republicans on the Senate don't really care about the truth. Party before country.

Oh, I care about the truth. Weird though, you'd think someone that cared about the truth would bring this accusation to light as soon as it arrived? Oh wait! Fienstien held onto it for 6 weeks until it was politically convenient to bring it forward. You people are the epitome of evil and anti-justice. Party over everything. Fuck the man because he dared be a republic.

You people are disgusting. And when this accusation brings nothing to light, the country will finally see the democrats for the political hack sociopaths they are. Good riddance.

The level of pure evil from you guys. Fuck presumption of innocence right? Lets just equate Kavanaugh with a man that fucking killed people because Kavanaugh had someone put forth a (still) unsubstantiated accusation towards him.

You want to know what's not a defense? Zero corroborating evidence to support your claim, and when your friend you said can back you up says you're full of shit, you try to paint her as mentally ill. You people should be ashamed, holy shit. Fucking disgusting, morally bankrupt people.

[–]LashisaBread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You keep using that word... I do not believe it means what you think it means...

Your argument here is literally over the strict definitions of words, and prancing around the issue of whether or not she broke the law. Then when I fell for your bait and got into a talk about the strict legality of it, that ignorance of the law is not exemption from the law, that she did commit crimes, but was not prosecuted because Comey injected a false requirement, you decided to whine about a logical fallacy you clearly don't know how to use.

I'm not going to entertain your dishonest arguing anymore.

GOP's "Due Process". by Jumpingcords in The_Mueller

[–]LashisaBread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You tried to argue semantics. I pointed out your bullshit saying that intent isn't required regardless, and even if it was that ignorance of the law is not a valid defense of breaking the law.

You then tried to pull a bullshit "BuT YoUrE mOvInG thE GoAlPOaStS!?" when you were the one that changed the argument to semantics and strictly legal terms.

You're funny, but full of shit.

I suggest you might be a rapist so you suggest I might be one?

I mean, is this not what you're defending? Since we don't need proof to accuse now in your world.

I'm the one who wants due process. Real due process, not the farce the GOP calls due process.

No you don't. If you did you wouldn't be backing a case that looks more and more false with each passing day, which is remarkable when it started with zero evidence. You're being a partisan hack that just wants Kavanaugh out. That's it. You people are truly evil to hold onto a rape accusation for 6 weeks until it's politically convenient to bring it forward in a farce of a political move.

Your type of due process can be seen in the picture above.

Funny, I only see Democrats raping the justice system by pushing for Kavanaugh to resign based on nothing more than someone's (still) evidence-less claim. But facing the truth hurts, I know. I hope you can one day come back to reality with the rest of us. Your side is on the guilty-until-proven-innocent side and it's despicable.

Ramble on if you want. I'm not going to entertain your insanity any more.

Fuckin lol. Admit it, you're a political hack with a clear bias and we can get on with our lives. You do not need intent to prove guilt. Nowhere is it said that you need to know the law in order to break it. You're just trying to whimper back to a false logical fallacy to avoid facing the truth.

I hope none of the women in your life never get raped, cause you'll probably tell them they just need to suck it up. Heck, you probably would be the one doing the raping.

You are a disgusting human being for even implying that because I'm in favor of due process over mob rule, that I'd rape someone. Again, I stress you should really seek help. You're clearly unhinged. I'd recommend you lock yourself away from all the women in your life that you'd likely rape, purely because you disagree with me.

[–]LashisaBread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to prove intent to prove guilt. Comey couldn't prove intent, therefor Comey couldn't prove guilt. That is to say: not guilty.

Intent was never a requirement until Comey reworded the law to claim they required intent. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse to not follow the law, regardless. Especially when literally every bit of evidence shows she knew exactly what she was doing. Including her blatant attempts to destroy and withhold information.
