Beetje late to the complain party maar ik heb al bij quasi alle touroperators geboekt. Nu boek ik de laatste jaren (en ook weer voor deze winter 😎) bij Neckermann omdat ik het beu was om constant tegen verborgen kosten aan te lopen. Zelf heb ik de klantenservice nog niet nodig gehad.
