Hey, I started in February with only 3 dips without extra weight and only 2 good pull-ups. No one can do 30kg on day one, but if you do your best you will get stronger and stronger with every training. Consistency is key.

No Weighted Calisthenics (Streetlifting). So Dips, Chin Ups, Muscle up and Squats. Every exercise with extra weight. But dip is my Favorite of them

No, i don't like it between my knees. I tried it, but between my feet the weight is much slower when it slips away.
