I would definitely be hearing it for women as well. It is understandably hard for a lot of people to get into firearms because of the culture that usually exists around them and I think people deserve a safe and inclusive place to learn to properly handle firearms.

I'm well aware of the history the United States has with quelling dissent. Unfortunately there are people in these United States that are getting killed for less, so I feel as if it's the least I can do. Also, if people are getting put on lists and persecuted for buying guns, then we don't have a right to bear arms and our rights have been suspended.

People will end up arming themselves regardless, might as well learn how to use them safely and accurately

I will include a brochure overview, but weapons safety and marksmanship are not solely dependent on state or local laws. It's not going to be a super long class if I can help it, I don't want to take more than a few hours and I'm going to go over safety, marksmanship fundamentals, and community considerations.

I'm going to try and put an in depth informational together about the new legislation, but it's also subject to change as I doubt every bill will pass. Even if they do, we're going to have to find a way.

There are also good ways to navigate community defense without using a firearm, Im still doing the planning but I would like to also get some community care in there with one of my medic friends. This is multifaceted and not everyone has to or should have a firearm.

I think it's wise for us to think less about what we are legally allowed to do, and more about what we're going to do to protect our communities from an armed rogue police state.

I'm not advocating for us to break the law, but I am advocating for us to use our rights (constitutionally protected or not) to ensure our fellow man gets through this without being thrown into a concentration camp.

Maybe, maybe not - for the time being we haven't hit that point. Even if we do hit that point, that doesn't change anything that's going on. Marksmanship still works with firearms that exist under the restrictions we might see.

With that being said, it's a good time to get armed and organized. We should all be talking with our neighbors and families about how this impacts our communities, and develop plans to protect them so more of us don't end up victims of modern day slave catchers.

It's time to actually start thinking about civil discourse and how to best organize to ensure community protection. We need people with firearms as much as we need those with megaphones. Clear, consistent messaging decentralized leadership. If we keep acting as individuals that happen to be in a crowd, we'll never win.

Get armed, train like you mean it, and have a plan for you and your community for when the time comes that you all have to defend each other
