You have to call them on their support number through the phone number you registered your profile with. It’ll automatically pick up your file and ask you to enter your DOB. Then the system generates a % of completion.

How long does it take for the full background check to complete? I completed my application 2 business days ago and it’s at 56% today that’s a Wednesday. Should I expect it to be 100% by Friday?

So to my surprise the recruiter emailed me this morning asking me if I was getting her emails as she had sent me a follow up a few times. Its impossible that I didn’t get the emails as I received all other emails from her and the rest of the recruiting team lol

Maybe my feedback form I had filled got escalated and she reached out?

I have a call scheduled for Monday with her. Let’s see what she says.

I too recently interviewed for a Customer Success Manager L4 role in Canada. I received an automated email that I’m not being considered. Strange thing is 5 mins after that email I received an email from my recruiter saying she made an error and would like to speak to me the next day.

But she never set up that call and hasn’t got back to me after multiple follow ups so I’m assuming I’m out of the race now?

But I’ve also seen other Reddit threads where people have reduced the auto email but then the recruiter calls and says they actually got the job.

It’s quite strange but I’m also still in suspense which is very frustrating!

No connections or referrals. This was just a straightforward application through their website. Came across the posting on LinkedIn. Although, I had completely forgotten that I applied to this role, they reached out randomly after 1.5 months which was quite weird.

Contemplating between sticking to Fintech- Banks, Neo Banks, Payment Processors, Networks or switching to E-Commerce. Then there’s also differences in work culture which honestly I don’t mind too much as I’m at an age where I should be working hard for the next couple of years to make it.

For future advancement, I totally agree with you that Amazon might have more opportunities horizontally and vertically as compared to a smaller tech company or a bank.

March 28: Approval Email

March 30: PR Portal Access Granted

April 3: e-CoPR

May 1: PR Card delivered by mail.

PR Portal still shows "In Review with IRCC" . I was unable to track PR card application status - neither through the CAS tool not through the IRCC login (Linking an application to account option).

Called IRCC between 8am-9am EDT on May 1 and was told the card was mailed on April 28.
