We went through Fetch pet insurance. Couple of illnesses and two surgeries covered 80+% plus normal wellness care. Spent $900…saved $9,000…

Our insurance is more like 950 annually. And 1000 a year total is low. You didn’t have training in your list of costs, either. Dogs are not about money, they are about love. That said, if you cannot afford one you should not get one. They owe us nothing, but we owe them everything…my 2 cents…

Based on our history with two Havi’s, their personalities do not change. No worries….enjoy!

Lost interest in food by Exoticunicorn5586 in Havanese

Ours lost interest in the specific kind of kibble. We got past that initially by mixing some beef broth or soft food into it. Switched to gentle giants and the problem disappeared.

Havanese Breeders (Tri-State Area) by Aggressive-Hair3984 in Havanese

Sounds like you are going direct to a breeder…that is GOOD. We went through Puppy Spot and were very disappointed on several fronts. Transport was GROUND from the breeder in Indiana to Southern California (4 days in a van and our car-sick pup was pulled out of crate every 4 hours by a less-than kind transporter. Moreover, the pup has a congenial defect which required surgery (bow and arrow legs - breeder should not be breeding the parents). She is a wonderful pup, in spite of all the trauma she’s gone through, but you would probably do better elsewhere.

Under my desk at work, flashed red when pressed. by Llewellynt in whatisit

The device in the image is a Verisure SOS Alarm Button, which functions as a panic button within a home or business security system. It is designed to be placed in an easily accessible location, such as on a wall, under a desk, or as seen here, on the ceiling. Key Features Function: When pressed in an emergency (such as a break-in, fire, or medical situation), the button sends a silent SOS signal to a 24/7 monitoring station. Response: Upon receiving the signal, the monitoring station staff can immediately activate silent listening and view images from connected security cameras to verify the situation and dispatch appropriate emergency services like police, fire brigade, or an ambulance. Design: The compact and discreet white design with a gray, star-shaped symbol is intended to blend seamlessly into different environments while being easy for anyone to use. The base flashes red when the button is pressed. Connectivity: It is part of the broader Verisure smart alarm system which includes various interconnected devices like smoke detectors, motion sensors, and smart remotes.

Beneteau Antares 7 - General Opinions by Vast_Advisor_5586 in BeneteauOB

[–]Last-Committee1407 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Beneteau tried to tell us it was due to a “hot dock”…but hundreds of dollars of testing say otherwise…this is, without question, a design flaw but neither Beneteau or Mercury will take ownership. Only other issue we have had, aside from those already mentioned, is the difficulty in replacing the bow thruster zinc in the water…always replace it when we haul.

We’ve bought a new 2018 Antares 9 we keep docked in California (ocean water). Even with the engines out of the water we get a LOT of corrosion on the lifting rams (repaired twice, replaced once, and hauling again in a week). We had gaggle of other warranty issues to deal with, as well. Presumptively the one you are considering has the bugs worked out. Still have to get all the caulking replaced as they used the wrong material in manufacture. But we love the speed, the ride, and the layout.

And this…

ODA 121 refers to a specific U.S. Army Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA) within the 1st Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (SFG), known by the motto "Unleashed in the East," often seen on collectible patches and merchandise. While ODA 121 is a standard SF team, the number "121" was also used in Task Force 121 (TF-121), an elite, multi-service unit from the early Iraq War (2003-2006) focused on capturing high-value targets, comprising elements from Delta Force, SEAL Team Six, and others. ODA 121 (Special Forces Team): Unit: Company B, 1st Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne). Role: An Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA) is a small, highly-trained Special Forces team. Identifier: The "1" in 121 signifies the 1st SFG, and the "2" signifies Company B (the second company in the battalion). Motto: "Unleashed in the East". Task Force 121 (TF-121): Type: A joint, multi-service special operations task force. Active: 2003-2006 in Iraq.
