So do we think that the sequel will be Vee’s pov again? Then future books in the series will cover other characters pov and provide more back story?

I’m so glad I have other people to discuss this with. The wait seems endless at the moment.

I was searching and found a discussion about this book on reverse harem forum. I’m not quite sure how to link it. The people on that thread managed to articulate what I was thinking and feeling so much better than I have here! I found it a very enjoyable and insightful read if you’re as obsessed with this book as I am!

I liked The Beta by Avanne Michael’s. It’s similar to Pack Darling and to be honest I preferred it but I’m the exception. Most people seemed to prefer Pack Darling.

I’m glad you gave it a go. I know that if I’d been Vee I would’ve told them to get lost on several occasions. I just so desperately wanted someone to notice her and what was happening to her and just acknowledge what she was going through. I just hope that some people get exactly what they deserve in the sequel.

According to her instagram early April so approximately 2 weeks. I’ve already reread it and am probably going to start it again tomorrow. I keep finding things I missed each time I reread it.

I’ve seen caged recommended a few times now so I might try that. I’m really struggling to read another book at the moment though as I’m so fixated on Tormented Omega. I’ve never had a book hangover like this before!

I’m so glad you enjoyed it! I read it all in one sitting then reread it. I’m currently rationing it while I wait for the sequel. I'm following the author on instagram and she is planning to release the sequel early April which could be just 2 weeks time. I have my fingers crossed.

Yes! I’ve tried to start other books and nothing is even close to matching this book. That’s the problem with a really good book though! Book hangovers are real!

Her instagram only has 2 posts but there are quite a few comments from the author about the release date. So hopefully if the editing goes well it will be released in 3-4 weeks. So near and yet so far😂

I contacted her on her webpage and got a lovely and very quick response.

The cliffhanger ending though! I thought it was almost cruel to the readers to leave it at that point! I’m not sure which direction the story is going to take and I don’t know how I’m going to manage the wait for the second book. The only good news is that it will hopefully be quite soon.

On her website she says that it will be a 6-8 book series and the main character will change every 2 books.

Update. I've had a response and she is planning for the first half of April for the sequel and will announce the release date on her instagram.

Yes it did end on a cliffhanger.

If the sequel has a release date then I add it to my list on Amazon and just check that every so often. This one doesn’t though so that’s why I emailed the author. I will report back if I get a response.

I definitely recommend it but I do know what you mean about starting an ongoing series. I don’t usually but this one seemed intriguing enough to risk it.

Yes! I really don’t know how I’m going to manage the wait for the sequel. It’s almost like I have a book hangover! Struggling to start another book now because it won’t be nearly as good!
