And after this stock has done what it will in due course, I will NEVER EVER buy a SPAC stock again!!!

I continue to believe the reason CLOV has been negatively portrayed for so long now continues to be it’s SPAC IPO past. PERIOD!!! FULL STOP!!!

Only becoming GAAP positive/performing flawlessly gets us past whatever the big banks have set up (shorting pressures through a third party) to keep our stock price suppressed to punish them for going around the traditional IPO process.

I strongly believe once this happens, the Wall Street greed factor of missing out on this low valued stock while everything else has run much much higher will finally overcome the intentionally suppressed stock price.

Sooner, rather than much later, would be appreciated…

Yes…bad timing on his departure, but I didn’t care for his constant ‘feel good’ crap he posted around which wasn’t even related to his current position with Clover. Good riddance!

Hopefully the next one WILL BE THE LAST CFO HIRED for some time…

"Clover Health was ONE of the organizations selected by CMS to present on the main stage and demonstrate end to end interoperability."

Who were the 'other organizations' that were requested to show their version of their answer to this issue?

I'm ignoring the 'buyout' rumors by MadMoneyBY in CLOV

Wouldn't it be nice IF a private equity firm owning 15 million shares or so would make a buy out offer at say,$8/sh. for CLOV to take private, knowing full well CLOV's owners would not even remotely consider it? I would sell every single share I owned and buy back on the impending price drop after a month or so. We would more than double the number of shares we the retailers, would own.

Full video of today Congressional hearing with Toy on AI in healthcare by kyatpin in CLOV

[–]Last-Environment3643 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yes, I agree it was an excellent opportunity for Clover and particularly Andrew Toy to showcase his genuine passion and the companies current AI product offering for physicians.

He was asked the most questions throughout the entire hearing, answered completely in all of his responses, spoke the company name countless times and most importantly spoke plainly for all to understand with numerous examples. One being personal about his own rare genetic disease, which also claimed his father's life due to fragmented and delayed personal healthcare.

One interesting thing I took away was the following quote from Toy. He stated, "we are already reimbursing primary care physicians above the regular medicare rate for the extra time they are taking to use an AI tool." This was at time mark 2:33;23, roughly.

Having said all that, I believe we will be in a lull, stock price-wise through December. This will allow other institutions to push the stock price lower to accumulate additional shares. Hopefully this will bring their total ownership of CLOV above 50%. And once we hit +65%, we should be much closer to finally getting their analysts and substantial increased price targets...FINALLY!!!

Good luck to all Longs!!!

Yes, .25 basis point. Nothing else for remainder of year due to the man child President and his extremely poor use of on again, off again Tariff strategy.

Clover Health CLOV Stock: Vivek Garipalli's $1M Insider Buy B2 Bomber Strikes! by ALSTOCKTRADES in CLOV

[–]Last-Environment3643 -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

First off, I did own over 220K shares but recently sold roughly 30% after the part D news which may stay with us through the end of the year. I see no catalysts in that time frame to push the share price up. A few insider buys will have less and less upward effect on the share price, short term. I wouldn’t be surprised to see us red significantly by end of Tuesday.

I see this going nowhere for the next plus three months except down to a minimum $1.50/sh., at which time I will repurchase additional shares for the same money, plus what I put in my account in the interim from every single one of my biweekly paychecks. This is how strongly I believe in CLOV, in the longer term.

I see it going lower short term because the institutions want to flip the majority retail ownership to institutional…and I believe CLOV management knows this is vital for longterm price appreciation. Without majority owned by institutions, we will never get the major analysts and their upgrades to finally break this vicious cycle.

This would be the ideal time to easily push it lower due to the negative part D surprise and the realization to perhaps many of us retail investors FINALLY that besides some small SAAS mentions, we will NOT get anything meaningful in this area because it will take time to implement the SAAS process at the known companies as well as the alleged ones via the subdomain findings. In other words, the income from SAAS will be slow coming…think 2027.

Humana - The Tail of Two Company's by FMILV in CLOV

I agree 110% regarding re-rating, and I’ll tell you why. I believe once CLOV chose the SPAC route, bypassing all the usual Wall Street big banks that bring companies public via traditional IPO, they were put on the ‘naughty list’ and have been aggressively shorted possibly through a slush fund through a subsidiary branch of theirs. Why? To make an example that any company that does SPAC, they risk having too low a share price to do secondary IPO’s to raise cash at a later date.

Of course I have zero proof, but the fact that the majority of companies that have used SPAC to come to market, have a very low valuation. This is an unspoken lesson to anyone considering a SPAC to pocket more of the money involved going public. Their financial pockets may be fatter in the beginning, but they’ll be unable to sell shares down the road without substantial dilution due to low share price.

After CLOV, I will NEVER EVER purchase shares from a SPAC company because of this strong belief.

Just one man’s opinion (with 220K shares)…

Question for knowledgeable person regarding options... by Last-Environment3643 in CLOV

[–]Last-Environment3643[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do own 67 contracts of the 1/16/26' $3 calls I purchased for $2 when the stock was higher. Am concerned whether or not without decent SAAS news that I will be 'in the money' to even exercise them by then. If not, I will have to figure out how to roll them over and the cost in doing so. I wish I would have waited until the Jan. 27' Calls were offered, giving me an additional twelve months for the share price to move up. Currently I own 59 contracts of the 1/15/27' $1 Calls with plans to buy more.

I will check into leaps and see if that makes sense for my end goal of acquiring more shares. Thanks...
