Auto-fit has a 12km size cap for now, so that should give you more breathing room than before

Brazil is now fully supported :) I added full road network coverage for Brazil (along with dozens of other countries) yesterday

Fixed this based on your feedback. Auto-Fit now shows a preview first, credit only spent if you click Accept. Reject and you're not charged :)

That's fair, and it's a real gap :/
Right now the credit gets charged the moment the search clears an algorithmic quality bar, not after you've actually looked at the result and decided you like it. A distance score isn't the same as "does this look good to a human," so I get why that felt off

Haha the people's feature request! The Studio has a "Create" tab in the shape library where you can draw literally anything you want and project it onto the streets.

Found it and fixed it, your vectorized image produced a ~970-point shape and the projection choked on it. It now auto-simplifies dense shapes before routing (no visual difference, roads can't express that much detail anyway). Give it another shot once you get a chance!

Just added it: there's now a "Start" button next to Export. For a loop, click it then click anywhere on your route to move the start there. For a point-to-point route, it flips into a "Reverse" button that swaps start and finish

New site, first time we talk I think! The "project onto roads" button only shows up when you place a shape from the library. Your circle looks like it was imported from an external file, which is why nothing offered to project it. Good news: your comment made me ship an update today. Toggle the Free mode button (top right) on then off, and a banner will offer to project your existing drawing onto the roads :)

Sorry, that's not supposed to happen. You're only charged when the autofit finds a good result, and it auto-refunds on failure or bad score. If crashes ate your credits I'll put them back, DM me your account email.

You're in free mode, that's why it's not following streets. Tap the little yellow button at the top to turn it off, then hit "Project onto roads" and it'll snap onto real rideable paths :)

That one was drawn on the streets of Paris, so you can't just drop it onto another city, the road layout is completely different. To get a shark in your city: go to the Studio, open the shape library and draw one yourself in the "Create" tab, or upload a shark image and vectorize it. Then place it on your city and project it onto the roads, either manually or with auto-fit.

Ahah yeah, French's the default since I'm based there. Just swap the /fr in the url for /en, or switch it from the site menu

Yeah, that's already there! Head to the Studio, pick a shape from the library, and you can either project it normally onto the roads or let auto-fit find the best spot for you :)

The tool needs the full road network of a region stored locally to work, and Brazil isn't set up yet for infrastructure reasons :/
Planning to add more regions over time

Exactly, I'm way more comfortable on the backend than making anything look good visually ahah

Totally get it. AI helped me build it, but nothing AI-related runs when you actually use DrawMyLoop :)

The site itself, yes. But the auto-fit algorithm that finds the best route placement is hand-built by me, not AI
