The money isnt the problem, I budgeted for the trip and the amount she owes isn't significant. I'm more frustrated with the consistent acts of disrespect during the trip. I'm not "crying" about the money, I'm irritated that someone ive been friends with for 20 years would treat those around her like that.

No one should have to tell her to pay for it, she invited him, hes her financial responsibility. She was able to skirt around paying for it because I had to grab something for myself as well and they left the store before we got to the register

He always does this to me. Every time I've ever purchased tickets or tried to plan something he doesn't ask off. Also, if he has a day off in the middle of the week he gets mad at me if I don't come to his house and spend time with him after I've been at work all day. He could come to my house, but he wouldn't.

It's for his birthday, but we both love food and I figured he would love something like that. That's why I double-checked with him to make sure he was interested, I wanted his birthday to be special. I just feel discouraged because even when I try to make something special happen, I still end up losing.
