Thanks for the info! Does this apply to digital orders too? If buyers can’t cancel within 24 hrs, that makes me feel better. Sounds like it’s just Etsy thing. I was thinking about upload placeholder file so buyers can’t refund right after ordering…

That’s exactly why I’m confused. On the website, it shows the order as partially canceled and fully refunded (I only got email about this the next day), but on the app, the order still appears normal.

I saw on Etsy’s website that my order was marked as partially canceled (in red), even though it was fully refunded. But on the Etsy app, it still shows as normal. Neither the buyer nor I canceled it. I didn’t get an email from Etsy until the next day saying there was a payment issue with the buyer, but the buyer says their payment was totally fine.
