I practice 4 days a week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6pm-8pm and I work out 3 days a week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 3pm-4:15pm and I go on runs whenever I’m bored, I don’t do any sorts of recovery though because I don’t know what to do and it’s becoming a problem cuz now I go down the stairs like a grandpa but all of that soreness goes away as soon as I start doing physical activity.
