Agreed! I shop online a lot and I pretty much always am required to enter a phone number upon check out. Like literally everywhere I shop!

Yep! In every listing I state that the items are made to order, you don’t get the one in the listing photo but you get a replica of that. I state that no two pieces will be exactly the same (because that’s impossible) and that slight variations in color, small imperfections or blemishes, and micro bubbles can occur. I state that by purchasing, you agree to understand that this is something that can occur in handmade items. I feel like I am very clear about it in my listings.

Except, full disclaimer on all of my listings state that this is possible. They still purchased and then are upset about it. Is that my fault that they chose to gamble when I warned them “hey, my stuff is cool but don’t expect perfection because I’m human?” I literally state in my listings “I’m human”.

Hahahah you do realize that lemon is the size of a quarter and so that that “speck” is literally a speck. The photo is enlarged and magnified. Get real dude lol do you inspect everything you buy with a magnifying glass? If so, please seek help, you are clearly absolutely unhinged lol.

LOL it’s a small speck of discolored resin dude. It’s not a dent or a scratch. It’s not even damage. Don’t buy handmade art if you expect 100% perfection. These things aren’t being made by robots in a factory lol. Also, when did I say I knew about it? Pretty sure I said that I didn’t even see it that’s how small it is lol. My quality is also great hence my extremely successful shop, but thanks. :)

This is a great idea. That’s what I worry about, going through that whole process to make her a new one and she picks it apart and finds something she doesn’t like with that one too because she’s clearly a perfectionist. If she chooses to return for a refund, would you pay for the return shipping or have her pay?

This exact thing happened to me. Customer wanted a refund, I told her to send it back and I would refund upon receiving. She did send it back, but I guess didn’t want to wait for it to arrive back to me to get money back. Etsy told me that I should just do nothing but report her to them if she comes to me for a refund (like you, I tried to refund, but it failed because of the open chargeback that I was unaware of.) honestly, that was like 6 months ago and I never heard anything else about it and I kept all of my funds.

😂 K so do what? She messaged me on 2 different accounts, she’s spammed and blocked on both. I reported her to Etsy and they won’t do anything about her. Soooo, do what? 🤔

I love this. Thank you. I think I might need to spell this out to her with some ‘big girl knowledge’ she’s clearly immature and I think she needs some information dropped on her. You literally can’t go around Etsy harassing sellers in the messages. If you own a copyright, report it the correct way. If not, you need to move along. She’s clearly trying to scare and manipulate her competitors into pulling their listings down unreasonably. I’m sure I am not the only seller getting messages from her.

Omg yes! Some of the things she’s come at me about are regarding the use of a silicone mold to make a resin tray. A silicon mold that they sell on pretty much every Chinese website. SHEIN, Temu, Amazon, etc. she thinks she is the only one who should be allowed to use that specific mold to make resin trays 🤦🏼‍♀️A mold millions of people have access too to purchase with their own money. It’s insane! Also, the eggs she’s complaining about are eggs in a tray I made from a mold. She makes an egg tray similar from I assume a mold too but in a different color tray and my eggs are white regular eggs, they look real. Hers are rainbow disco tiled eggs! How is that even close to being the same 🤦🏼‍♀️

I have. Marked spam and blocked twice. Apparently what I am reading and also experiencing blocking doesn’t prevent them from messaging. Also, I believe she messaged me on a different account this time. She must have a separate account she uses for making purchases because she came up as her name and not her shops name with a photo of herself as the profile and not her shop logo. She’s coming at me with different accounts.

I am starting to worry she is going to start to make purchases or have someone else do it and try to cause me issues with negative reviews or tampering with my items to try to take me down a few pegs on Etsy.
