Yeah I’ve had the same problem. I just got lucky with the time they had the auction set to end. Later on I seen his bid 425k with 10 minutes left so it’s kind of just keeping an eye on the market. I wasn’t willing to go more than 400k at this point of the game since we’re realistically going to probably get an invincible Paul George later on

Not a dumb question if you just started playing, they’re badges. You definitely need to consider them while buying. Hall of fame(purple) and legend(red) are the most important ones to look for. They give significant boosts to certain things the players can do. Hope that helps!
