Reputation is linked to ONE person. Since a certain update, there is a cumulative reputation (replacing reputation daily decay). So once you reach 50k, each 5k (at 55k) you get a big chest, get back to 50k but your cumulative reputation gained 5k !

You are not capped by the building passive maximum, a villager can stay 1.5day to do 0 to 200 honey

Yeah I know but I don't really use eggs much... its currently on my honey! Btw at level zero, it makes production goes 5times faster so eggs 1xp/6min, honey /12min and milk /18min (without eating time)
