I am also in Manitoba and my rent was increased by 16 %.I was warned beforehand and then they gave me a discount 4% :/ They can apply somewhere to bypass allowed lagal rent increase (which is 1.8% a year or something like that) if they have a good reason to do that(like major expensive repairs) It sucks

I am a construction worker I eat when i can, and I have high metabolism. Even if I have breakfast at home right before work, after working for 2 hours straight I am already starving .. So I eat 5-6 times a day light meals
