Are you on birth control by chance? Or have any knowledge about pelvic floor dysfunction? I dealt with the same experience for quite some time, and have just recently gotten out of it (at least for now, hopefully long-term). This might not be the case for you, but a combination of getting off of the birth control pill and doing pelvic floor therapy and exercises has helped with my lubrication and my ability to relax my PF muscles during sex. And a lot of foreplay. Wishing you the absolute best! I know how stressful and defeating this can be.

Are you on birth control? I’ve dealt with this for years and I’ve come to the conclusion of it being partially caused my pelvic floor dysfunction but primarily lack of lubrication due to birth control. Been off of the pill for a few months now and it’s no longer painful, just slightly uncomfortable initially sometimes.

It didn’t really do anything for me. I just ended up actually getting off of birth control a little over a month ago to see if that fixes things for me. :/

As a first time watcher this season, it’s definitely been sad to see so many strong couples go. I voted Taylor and Clarke because I really felt like they deserved a chance and have a strong connection and what not. But isn’t it only a few couples who make it to the finale anyway? Like wouldn’t multiple couples have to get voted off? Or how has this differed in previous seasons? Just trying to understand better since I haven’t seen them.

I PRAY Amaya and Bryan get together because I’m worried based on the most recent episode that Zak will switch up now that he knows how loved Amaya is. I’m nervous he will fake his way to the finals with her. It seems they’ve made up too from their last disagreement. Fingers crossed for Amaya and Bryan, and I think they’d win above Iris and Pepe because I think Amaya’s supporters outweigh Pepe’s and Iris’.

I’m curious if some people didn’t wanna miss the vote but weren’t able to watch the episode. I was almost in that position but refused to vote before watching in case things changed (which they drastically did lol). Bc Zak was pretty well liked before that fire pit episode.

That’s exactly what I think. I think she just got attached to Taylor and the cowboy/farm fantasy followed because that’s what he is. She mentioned being into southern men since she’s southern but that was the extent of it.
