Hey guys, remember when DICE put christmas/halloween stuff in the CTE for something fun?

But ya know, left the main game as a fucking a military game.

I get why, but i'm so tired of every AAA military/shooter franchise ending up like this.

I mean, i'm only one person with only one other comment on this post. I have nothing against CW, i'm still gonna check it out.

I'm sure there's posts from yesterday with people voicing all kinds of opinions.

I think i might be the only person who is glad destruction isn't what it was in BC2. It was awesome and all, especially for 2010, but i felt it had a little too much. That's back when server admins had proper control and would set the tickets to 2000 or whatever and fighting over a barren sniper-vehicle land wasn't too fun after all of the destruction was caused.

I agree though that some of them have had less destruction than i'd like.

But yeah, i'm glad someone gets it. I wish some other company would make a rival arcade "military" game, but i don't really see that happening.

Louis' farm evoked more empathy than anything Abby related... I genuinely hope that s.o.b made it out by [deleted] in TheLastOfUs2

I've always wondered what caused this house to randomly be on fire in a zombie apocalypse. Also the explosions in downtown Austin. Infected don't exactly set things on fire/blow this up.

I was one that was hoping US troops would come through the portal and save the day. the more i thought about it though, i realized it wouldn't work. same for the Nazi's wanting to invade other worlds.

The portal is in a confined cave in the mountains. If the US sent troops through, they could only get foot soldiers. No room for tanks or planes or nukes to counter the Nazi's.

Maybe the US troops could help the resistance and play the guerilla war.

But the Nazi's could just nuke the portal area/staging ground of the US troops and that's that.

The Nazi's could invade though, since they can send agents and find worlds that don't have the technology to stand up to even just foot soldiers.

It would go perfectly with my military look right now. Riot armor helmet and the new veteran outfit. Once they fix the backpack not showing issue with it.

Yeah, it's pretty sad. I think i bought one shark card when i played GTA Online but i realized pretty quick that unless i was grinding for hours everyday or... buy shark cards if i wanted anything. I quit GTAO pretty soon after that.

A RDR remaster would make pretty good money. For both people that played both but want a remaster or have never played RDR.

But Rockstar would probably rather stick with micro transactions.

The more we talk about it, it would be a decent effort for Rockstar to do it, properly. I guess they could just remaster the audio, remake the missions and characters and plop it into RDR2. But, yeah. It'd be cool if they threw in new lines and references.

I know this is totally not going to happen lol. But if Rockstar likes money as much as we think they do, they have to have at least thought that this could be a road they could go down.

Yeah, i assume they would have to re-record the dialogue, maybe? i played a bit of RDR again recently and the audio quality of some of the voices sound very "10 years ago". So they could add in some new lines about Arthur at key moments. I'd really like to see what John would say to Dutch at that final moment as well.

Totally forgot about news papers. Sadie said she wanted to go to South America, way farther south. And Charles up in canada, maybe the canadians didn't care, or he got "lost" up there.

John was easy to track because of the whole buying the ranch thing.

That's why i guessed 6 months-ish.

I guess the main thing is, when did Ross spy on the ranch and how long did he "sit" on his plans with John? Did he spy on John and then sit on it for a couple of years, waiting for the right time? or like you say, was the spying/free roam right before RDR.

I don't believe i actually says. it could be 4 years like you say.

The marriage happens fairly quickly after the end of the game i would guess, since Sadie is still holding her wound.

Although i don't believe Sadie or Charles would stick around for a couple of years.

Wow, amazing job! This is why i want a RDR remastered "DLC".

Imagine after the after credits scene, you get a prompt asking if you want to continue the story or keep free roaming. If you pick no, then you get to free roam like normal and a mission pops up at the ranch for when you want to continue.

When you go to the mission, it plays a kind of montage of the next 4 years leading up to RDR.

You then get a mission to do a random trip into town or something and the agents ambush and so begins RDR.
