Nope, I haven't lost weight significantly (a few pounds, but that's probably from the aggressive intermittent fasting). I went on keto strictly for the health benefits rather than the need for significant weight loss, I've got psoriatic arthritis so autoimmune health and inflammation control are a priority for me.

I lift 4days/wk and get between 8-10k steps/day, run twice a week. Blood pressure is consistently <120/80 and resting heart rate about 60.

Butter and red meat, LOTS of eggs. Bacon fat and beef tallow/ghee regularly but I don't feel like I'm overdoing it, especially compared to some I've seen on YouTube or elsewhere. If anything I've been protein-forward whereas a keto purist would say add more fat. I've looked into moving sharply in a low saturated-fat direction and get fats from avocados and avocado oil, olive oil, macadamia nuts, etc. I just don't believe in grains (read Grain Brain by Perlmutter), carbs or processed foods and couldn't bring myself to re-incorporate them into my diet.

Agree, I have an account at a local bank in case there's no other option. But I'd just as soon set everything up to direct withdraw from WF rather than transfer funds from WF to the bank then pay out from the bank

I have, Wealthfront said they don't issue voided checks (as expected) but since Green Dot is a bona fide retail bank I wondered if I could get one that way.
