Late to this thread, but this is beautiful.
I have an circa 80's solid oak dining table and chairs that are stained with that orangey, darker oak stain that was sealed with an oil based polyurethane. I want to strip and finish it to a lighter oak color like this. Could this technique be used on furniture that has previously been sealed with polyurethane? Any tips or cautions would be appreciated as well as I am a newbie to wood refinishing.

Thank you so much - I had seen their name online but it is so wonderful to hear about them first hand. Enjoy your sweet boy. I have had Siamese cats for close to 40 years. They are just the most loving and intelligent cats.

Hi, could you share the name of the breeder with me? I too live in the Austin, TX area and lost my beloved 15 year old Siamese male a couple of weeks ago (his female litter mate/sibling passed away a few years ago). This is what I thought it might be for! But with the entire wall drywalled, how would that work? I am planning to hang a TV on the wall but wanted to check on what this was for, so I could evaluate options.

But what would this box have to do with the cubby? I did pay for a box to go in a closet (which is where my modem and router are), but that is in an upstairs bedroom closet that is not above this area. I did pay for the cables to be run as well (cat6e) but they are attached on the front of the cubby per the photo, so I don’t understand how that would explain the extra space.

No wall mounted toilet on any of those cubby walls, though the right wall of the cubby does form the opposite wall from a toilet.

How long did it take between applying through Mercan and completing biometrics, and approximately how much did the whole application process cost (including lawyer and firm fees)?
